2025-26 Season
Our next concert is on Sunday 18th January 2026 - Aurora Trio - harp, flute, viola - with music to include: Bax: Elegiac Trio, Ravel: Sonatine (arr. Skaila Kanga), Piazzolla: Tango Suite (arr. Aurora Trio)
The Aurora Trio is an exciting chamber ensemble, which has developed a reputation for pushing the boundaries of its unusual instrumentation. Their repertoire comprises many new works and original arrangements alongside core flute, viola and harp repertoire. Since its conception in 2012, the trio has performed widely across the UK; including recitals at the Wigmore Hall, Colston Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall Front Room, Pinner Music Festival, Halesworth Festival, Norwich and Norfolk Festival, and Roehampton University.
From 2014-16, the trio held a prestigious chamber music fellowship at the Royal Academy of Music. During their time as fellows, they worked closely with performers and composers from the student body as well as from the Junior Department and Open Academy (the learning and participation department). In July 2016, they were awarded the Dorothy Parkinson Memorial Award for Young British Musicians at Harrogate International Festival.

- Tuesday 3rd February 2026 - Ensemble Mirage - clarinet and strings quintet - With music by von Weber, Francaix and Brahms
- Tuesday 17th March 2026 - English Camerata with Elizabeth Altman - With music by Beethoven, Mozart and Brahms
- Tuesday 14th April 2026 - Ferio Saxophone Quartet - Music to include pieces by Bach, Thompson, Gershwin, Bernstein, Weill, Price and Simmonds
The Radlett Music Club
has been presenting fine, live music since 1936. We aim to put on a varied programme to appeal to a wide variety of interest. We engage experienced artistes who have already established careers, and talented young performers many of whom go on to achieve considerable success. Further information about the artistes and the details of the concerts are on this website. Unless otherwise noted all our concerts are held at the Radlett Centre with its extensive facilities, tiered seating, foyer café and bar. Seats are unreserved so you can choose your favourite spot to sit.
Membership of the Club is not necessary.
Note: for all our concerts young people aged 18 and under can come free (children must be accompanied by an adult).
