Australian-British Jayson has emerged as one of the finest pianists of his generation. Internationally regarded for his compelling performances, he has received numerous awards and prizes, reaching the finals of some of the world’s leading piano competitions, including Leeds, Van Cliburn and the Chopin competition; most recently he has won first prize in the Montreal International Piano Competition. Jayson performs across the globe, with engagements with the London Philharmonic, Halle Orchestra, Queensland Symphony and the Orchestre Symphonique de Montreal, and at some of the world’s most prestigious venues, including the Wigmore Hall and the Louvre Auditorium.
